Dr. Guanzon is the Medical Director at Rawles Psychological Services. She has over forty-five years of experience in the medical field and is Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Dr. Guanzon has the ability to diagnose and treat through Medication Management various types of Psychiatric conditions, including Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, and ADHD.
Her focus is on working as a team with your Clinicians and treating the overall mental well-being of her patients. In addition to working with adults of all ages, Dr. Guanzon also sees children and adolescents. The inclusion of parents and other family members is a crucial part of her treatment. Dr. Guanzon’s commitment to continuing education and pharmacological research enhances the expertise she brings to her patients.
Dr. Guanzon has a genuine Christian concern for others and a sense of compassion and empathy for those around her. With a phenomenal memory, she has never forgotten any of the thousands of patients that have been in her care.

Kristen is a Medical Assistant and has 7 years of direct experience in Mental Health practice settings. Her other experience comes from being a caregiver for Intellectually incapacitated loved ones. She loves her job and exhibits care toward all.
She is originally from Atlanta and loves all things, Georgia. She loves helping people and goes above and beyond whether it is asked of her or not to make sure all patients and their families are well cared for. She’s a great go-to.
Kristen Redditt
Paula Gravitt is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who has a passion for treating the child and adolescent population. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and began her career as a registered nurse at Virginia Treatment Center for Children, an inpatient pediatric psychiatry hospital.
Paula earned her Master of Science of Nursing degree with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health across the lifespan at Virginia Commonwealth University and, upon graduating, relocated her family from Glen Allen, VA, to Chesapeake.
She spent two years working in the outpatient Mental Health Clinic at CHKD. While there, she created education on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, which she presented at EVMS’s Youth Suicide: Risk and Prevention Conference and by special request to Virginia Beach Public School counselors. She has been trained in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 (ADOS-2) and assisted in creating a standard of care model to be utilized when patients with autism spectrum disorder are admitted to the emergency department or mental health hospital.
Paula is experienced in treating young children from age 3 to adults and believes in taking a holistic approach to treatment. She practices patient-centered, trauma-informed care with a focus on meeting the patients where they are. She also believes that providing education to enhance parenting skills is an essential part of treatment.
Paula was born and raised in Tazewell, VA, and lived in Glen Allen, VA, for 19 years before relocating to Chesapeake in 2022 with her husband, their two children, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, crafting, and being outside.

Dianne has been a Certified Medical Assistant for 10+ years. She has worked in many specialties of health care but fell in love with Mental Health.
Dianne possesses a genuine passion for delivering compassionate patient care and helping everyone she encounters.
She is a HUGE Saints fan as she is from New Orleans, Louisiana.

R. Denise Cole, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Rawles Psychological Services. Denise obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ECPI University. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
While working as a registered nurse in several disciplines, including ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, general surgery, HIV and infectious diseases, and women's health, Denise recognized the effect that mental health has on overall health. This ultimately led her to complete the post-graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Regis College. Denise provides medication management for the treatment of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorders.
Denise has served in the nursing profession for over 16 years and strives to provide effective yet compassionate care to her patients. She looks forward to helping you work towards your goals and achieve wellness.
